XINGTU TECH provides payment infrastructure software, payment orchestration, PSP integration, digital asset connectivity, data services and related technical services. XINGTU does not itself provide regulated payment services unless separately licensed or authorised.

How we operate
What we are
A software and data company. We build and license software products and curated datasets for institutional and professional users. Everything we ship is designed to be integrated into infrastructure our customers already run.
What we are not
We do not handle customer funds and do not provide financial or investment services. We are not a payment processor, a custodian, or a trading venue, and we give no advice on what to buy or sell. Payment Fabric is licensed software for institutions building their own regulated infrastructure — the regulated activity remains theirs.
Engagement model
Every engagement is business-to-business and scoped individually. Our products are built for technical teams at financial firms, data businesses, and technology companies. We do not sell to retail consumers.
Data sourcing
On-chain datasets are reconstructed from publicly available block data, with the reconstruction method documented on each dataset page. Where we distribute data provided by an exchange, it is obtained under the applicable data licence. We do not scrape public websites, and we do not redistribute third-party data without an agreement in place.
