Data Platform Subscription

Access to curated historical market datasets, schema documentation, and delivery tooling. Billed as a one-time package or as a recurring subscription with incremental data.

Billing & Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We support one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, and usage-based billing depending on the selected plan. Invoices are issued for enterprise and custom agreements. We do not store or process customer payment information directly.

Common questions

Why are no prices listed?
Actual cost depends on the datasets in scope, the time range, delivery frequency, and format. A single number would not be meaningful without knowing your scope, so we scope every engagement individually and respond with a written quote.
Is a sample available before we agree terms?
Yes. Every dataset page offers a sample file covering the schema and a short date window, so you can validate format and field compatibility before any commitment. Ask us if you need a wider sample for a specific instrument.
What currency and payment methods are used?
USD is our standard invoicing currency; other currencies can be accommodated under enterprise agreements. Engagements are settled by invoice and bank transfer, and we do not store or process card details ourselves.
Is there a minimum engagement?
One-time deliveries have no enforced minimum — the scope you agree is the scope you pay for. For subscriptions and usage-based access, the commitment and cancellation terms are set out at the time of purchase and in the applicable agreement; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
